Is the founder and past director of TRADES Centre.

He holds a Ph.D. in International Economic Relations. He has wide experience in working on ACP-EU trade, WTO and regional integration issues in eastern and southern Africa namely COMESA and SADC region.

Previously taught at the University of Zimbabwe, NUST, Keio University in Tokyo and at various others institutions of higher learning in Southern Africa.

He has been Member and rapporteur of the Working Group of ACP Experts on Post Lomé IV EU-ACP negotiations nominated by UNECA –RCID, member of the OAU/ECA/ADB Panel of Experts on Post Lomé IV EU-ACP negotiations, member of the OAU/ECA/ABD Panel of Experts on Seattle Round of WTO negotiations, member of Zimbabwe Advisory Group on WTO/Post Lomé IV Convention.

He has worked for SADC as advisor multilateral trade negotiations. At Trades Centre he is responsible for co-ordinating the activities of the Centre and for multi-country projects.

At present he is the Chief Technical Advisor of Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA) in charge of negotiations of Economic Partnership Agreements between Eastern and Southern Africa (ESA) and the European Union.

Is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Trades Centre.

He holds a PhD in International Trade. He is an independent research consultant in trade, regional and economic cooperation. He is responsible for the quality of Trades Centre research products.

Formerly he was a top official in the Ministry of Industry and International Trade with the government of Zimbabwe. Thereafter he became the Chief Executive of Zimbabwe National Chamber of Commerce. He holds other positions of responsibility.

He has specialised expertise in international trade and regional integration. He is member of the Zimbabwe Institute of Management (MZIM) and the Royal Economic Society

Is a Board member of Trades Centre. He holds a PhD in International Studies.

He is the Director of the Institute of Development Studies at the University of Zimbabwe. Dr Chimanikire has extensive research experience covering SADC and COMESA regions.

He has published widely in respectable journals and is actively involved in implementing the TRADES Centre research and consultancy programme.

Is a Board Member of Trades Centre.

Dr Charity Manyeruke holds a Doctor of Philosophy as well as an MSc International Relations and a BSc Politics and Administration. She has extensive experience in the field of research.

Ms Nacncy Kangingwe has been working at MWENGO, a reflection and development centre for NGOs in Eastern anfd Southern Africa, since 1995.

She started her proffesional life as a translator, after gaining a BA(Modern Languages) at the University of Zimbabwe, but soon after branched out into development and rights activism, working with NGOs to support advocacy work and policy interventions amongst NGOs in the region.

Her current job is as a programme officer where she runs the MWENGO civil society and advocacy programme. One of her main areas of work has been to promote NGO and civil society participation in the framework of ACP-EU co-operation and dialogue.
