State of the art conference facilities are available for hire at Trade and Development Studies Centre, at No 3 Downie Avenue, Belgravia, Harare. The facilities are composed of African style thatch over a wooden floor.

The relaxed working environment makes the facilities conducive for interaction at the highest level.

The facility is suitable for the hosting of conferences, meetings, workshops, seminars and garden cocktail/receptions.

It also boasts of an outside braai stand that can be used by those that hire the facilities.

The seating capacity of the facility is 60.
